Welcome. This document explains, in plain terms, how Tower Rush ("we", "our", or "us") handles the personal data you entrust to us while using the app. We believe privacy should be transparent, so we have tried to keep things clear and honest.
Some information reaches us only because you choose to share it. This typically includes:
As you move through Tower Rush, certain technical signals are recorded automatically:
Every piece of data we keep serves a concrete purpose. We rely on it to:
We never sell your data. We share it only in the limited situations below:
If you explicitly authorize a disclosure, we will act on that instruction.
A handful of vetted vendors process data strictly on our behalf, such as:
When a valid legal order or a genuine request from authorities requires it, we may be compelled to disclose information.
Should the company merge, be acquired, or sell part of its assets, your data may move with that transaction.
We apply technical and organizational safeguards designed to shield your information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. That said, no system connected to the Internet can promise absolute security, and we cannot guarantee it.
We hold on to your information only for as long as it is genuinely needed for the purposes described here, or for as long as the law obliges us to retain it.
Depending on where you live, you may exercise some or all of these rights:
Tower Rush is not designed for, or directed at, children under 13. We do not knowingly gather their data. Parents or guardians who suspect a child has shared information with us should get in touch right away.
Running a global service sometimes means your data is processed in a country other than your own, where privacy rules may differ from those at home.
You may encounter links to outside websites or services. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to review their policies before sharing anything.
This policy can evolve. When it does, we will revise the date above and publish the new version right here.
If you live in California, the CCPA grants you extra rights: to learn what categories of data we collect, to request its deletion, and to opt out of any sale of personal information.
If you are based in the European Economic Area, the GDPR protects you. For the data described here, Tower Rush acts as the data controller.
Questions, concerns, or requests about your privacy? We would genuinely like to hear from you.
